Impressions of Winter

I've always loved the Impressionist painters, especially Monet, so when I found a photographer that "paints with light" I thought I'd try out his technique.  The first 2 photos are of some reeds or bushes on the edge of the lake.  The photo in the blog title was also taken using the same technique.

The next 2 photos show the grass before the blur and after.  It was kinda windy, so even the before picture isn't the sharpest.

These last 2 photos are of the ice under the walking bridge at Holmes Lake.  They are in color not black and white, strange huh.

  1. Really pleasing pictures!!! I like them a lot. Can I have a lesson in this technique?
