A couple of weekends ago I went to KC to celebrate mom's birthday. On the way down, I drove through Squaw Creek.
This is a Hooded Merganser, not a great shot, but a first for me (I think) :)
Heron's are always present!
A few Snow Geese still hanging around.
Even saw this Sandhill Crane.
